In June 2008, Charterpoint was put in touch with the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) as it had turned its attention to the wider European market and wished to find out more information regarding IT maintenance and repair companies across the EU, with a particular interest in Greece.
The Solution
The EEN was able to supply a list of Greek companies who could be regarded as potential competitors for Charterpoint.
European Account Manager Sofia Pipera said, "I contacted the EEN service as I wanted to discover more about business opportunities for Charterpoint in Greece. In just a short time, they provided me with a comprehensive list of companies currently trading in the same market. The information they provided was very useful and has helped us develop an informed expansion strategy. Without EEN's help, this would have taken us much longer and we would have incurred significant costs along the way."
