Community & Business Partners are able to offer mentoring support throughout Lancashire, Greater Manchester and Cheshire, through its established Guardian Angel Entrepreneurs Network. The network was established 21 years ago to assist local Private Sector companies in developing and achieving greater success by providing them with access to highly experienced, knowledgeable and skilled business professionals – called Guardians.
No matter which sector the business operates in or what business specialism you require, whether you are in growth or having to make difficult decisions, then we have a suitable mentor to provide support and direction to the individual and ultimately the business through the Business Mentoring programme. This service does not cost the business anything and the mentors are volunteers. The mentor has no hidden agenda so they can be totally objective. The individual client retains autonomy and responsibility for the actions undertaken and decides the pace of development.
We also offer a number of other business and community support projects including Employers’ Forums, Job Ticker, SAMS and ECI.
