One-to-one mentoring needs business leaders who are committed in helping their peers to reach their potential. You will listen, challenge and offer insight, knowledge and above all your experience to inspire leaders and managers to develop their ability and potential.
Mentoring involves two way learning and you will find it as rewarding as the person you support. This is your opportunity to support and influence your peers positively and to give something back to your local business community.
Quality runs throughout the Business Mentoring programme. You will join a programme that will be quality accredited by the International Standards for Mentoring Programmes in Employment (ISMPE). You will receive an induction and expert guidance to help you fully understand the mentoring process and the skills required to mentor effectively. We will support you to continue to develop your mentoring skills with a programme of ongoing training and networking events.
Mentoring is voluntary; however we will reimburse any out of pocket expenditure such as travelling expenses to cover your costs.
