Who is LEAD aimed at?If you are an owner-manager of a business with up to 20 employees based in the North West who:
- wants to gain confidence in and improve your leadership skills
- is looking to grow your business but aren't sure of the direction you should take
- is looking for support in developing new business processes and ways of streamlining the business
- feels isolated and doesn't have a peer support network to turn to for advice
then LEAD is the course that can support you in leading your business forward.

What is LEAD?LEAD concentrates on two areas of the business: the business itself and the personal development of the owner-manager.

What is the commitment / cost to my business?LEAD is a 10 month programme and requires 2-3 days commitment a month. This is a high value course supported by the Northwest Regional Development Agency resulting in a maximum cost of £2K to the business.
LEAD is aimed at businesses with up to 20 employees. If you employ at least 5 staff you may be able to access funding available through the Train to Gain Leadership and Management Advisory Service to reduce this cost further.
